Now offering Aquatic Massage in Moscow!

We are incredibly excited to announce that our Moscow office has relocated to the Elements of Wellness Aquatic & Manual Therapy location!

Several of our therapists have been trained by Dayna Wilbanks to be able to offer aquatic massage and will continue their training towards certification in Aquatic Integration.

Utilizing the warmth and buoyancy of the water to relax and mobilize the entire body, aquatic therapy sessions incorporate myofascial release, soft tissue mobilization, eastern meridian point work and breathwork.  In the water the body experiences a weightlessness which allows the spine, joints and muscles to be manipulated and freed in a way unique to water.  The changes that occur in the autonomic nervous system (which controls stress and relaxation responses) are greatly beneficial, especially for people with complaints of chronic pain.

This unique therapeutic intervention is highly effective in restoring sensory perception and motor control as well as increasing range of motion, reducing muscular tension and is a profoundly effective tool in managing pain.

Aquatic therapy sessions take place privately with our trained therapists in our above ground therapy pool.  With low lighting, gentle music, warm water and a calming atmosphere we invite you to experience a new way of healing.
